No Corkage
Provide your own drinks!
You can supply your own daytime drinks for your wedding and we don’t charge corkage. Your drinks are served throughout two distinct periods of your wedding day; the drinks reception and your wedding breakfast.
Which Drinks to Supply
Your reception drinks should kick start your celebrations but if you serve very strong drinks to thirsty guests you may end up with some exceedingly tipsy guests a little too early in the proceedings!
That’s why our No Corkage – Supply Your Own Drink option is limited to the supply of:
- Pimms and other similar Long Drinks
- Sparkling Wines, Bubbly, Cava & Champagne
- Wine (Red, White & Rose) by the glass bottle
- Beer (Cider, Lagers & Ales) by the glass bottle
- Soft Drinks
Please Note:
You’ll put your heart and soul into selecting an amazing wedding breakfast menu, it’d be a shame if half your guests were too giddy to enjoy it.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any other items such as (but not limited to) barrels, boxes, spirits and cocktails.
Please Note: Although we do not allow you to supply your own cocktails you are very welcome to invite an external drinks supplier.
Let’s Do It!
We recommend that you provide 3 drinks per person for your drinks reception and allow half a bottle of wine per person during the wedding breakfast.
1. Simply Complete our Online Drinks Inventory at least 1 month prior to your wedding date.
2. Deliver Your Drinks to the venue at 9am the day before your wedding.
3. Collect Any Unopened Drinks from the venue at 9.30am the day after your wedding.
Please note that we cannot accept delivery and collection of your drinks at any other times or by 3rd party suppliers.
Important Information
We will provide all the glasses, ice and staff required for the impeccable service of your drinks.
Service of your drinks comes to an end after the wedding breakfast meal, when the pay bar opens and all unopened drinks are stored away for collection the following day.
We do not allow the service or consumption of your own drinks in the evening, this includes bottles given as gifts to guests, which are stored away with your presents for collection the following day.
The Bar
Our friendly serving staff will ensure a steady flow of drinks to your guests’ tables throughout the wedding breakfast meal, after which, service of your daytime drinks ceases and The Bar opens.
The Bar has a fabulous selection of drinks at exceptionally reasonable prices and guests are welcome to pay by debit or credit card, right up until last orders at 11.45pm.
For your convenience, our bar will only be accepting contactless card payments. Cash will not be accepted.
