Here's How It Works
You may hire any of the Approved Drinks Suppliers featured on our Handpicked Suppliers List.
If you'd like to hire a company not currently on our Handpicked Supplier List please seek our written approval before entering into an agreement with them.
Your chosen drinks supplier is welcome to arrive and set up from 10am but they can only serve drinks during your Drinks Reception. Your Drinks Reception starts immediately after your wedding ceremony and lasts an hour and a half. They must not operate a 'pay bar', all drinks must have been paid for in advance directly by the couple.
You still need to provide another couple of drinks options that our catering partners will serve in the traditional manner throughout your drinks reception. This ensures everyone gets served a drink quickly and avoids everyone heading to the Drinks Supplier simultaneously which would result in a queue (never ideal!)
Please Keep Us in The Loop
It is important that you let both your venue and our catering partners, Jenkinsons, know if you are having a Drinks Supplier so that we can adapt our drinks service accordingly.
Please let us know as soon as possible and at least 14 days prior to your wedding.
We would strongly urge you to offer no more than two additional alcoholic drinks choices to guests during your drinks reception. In our experience, offering a variety of different drinks results in a lot of waste and a slower drinks service.
